Terms & Pricing
If after a free initial discussion you decide to take up our services, we will provide a full written contract, outlining what you expect of us, and our payment terms etc.
Although no two companies require the same type of service, our charges are based on one of the following: -
- Hourly Accounts: A Standard Bookkeeping rate for all normal accounting services.
- Monthly Retainer: If you prefer, we can agree a set monthly or quarterly charge, which remains the same for a set period, as long as workflow does not change significantly. Some clients find this set fee option a better for forecasting ongoing costs.
- Ad Hoc: Any one-off projects would be quoted in advance.
Because we keep our fees low, we ask that payment for all work be made within 14 days of invoice.
